Groups and roles

Know which groups people belong to and what each person is allowed to do.

  • Groups for the committee, sections and ensembles, each with leaders.
  • Use them to target notices, events and gigs.

Roles and accountability

  • Roles bundle permissions, and members can hold as many roles as they need.
  • An activity log records who did what.
  • Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app or a passkey, required for administration functions and access to personal information.
