Calendar and RSVPs
A shared calendar that tells you who is coming, and helps you ask the ones who haven’t said.
The calendar
- Month and list views, filtered by event type: Rehearsal, Performance, Meeting, Workshop, Social event, plus your own custom types.
- Events can be visible to the whole band or only to chosen groups. Group leaders can schedule for their own groups.
- Shaded periods mark school holidays or concert season at a glance.
- A private calendar feed for each member, for Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.
- Events can carry a status label (Tentative or Applied) and stay hidden from members until announced.
RSVPs
- Attending, Maybe or Can’t make it, with a soft “please reply by” date.
- “Email them now” sends one-click RSVP buttons. The button opens a confirm page, so mail scanners can’t RSVP by accident.
- Chase only the people who haven’t answered, or email just those attending, declined or answered, with an optional note.
