Line-ups and attendance
Fill the chairs for every event, and keep a clear record of who turned up.
Line-up planner
- Set the parts needed for an event, such as 2 alto sax or 4 trumpets.
- Members claim places. Reserves move up automatically when a place opens.
- Reusable layouts (Big band, Sax ensemble) save setting up from scratch.
- Copy a line-up from an earlier event.
Attendance
- Record each person as present, apology or absent.
- Report by date range, event type or group.
- Download the results as a spreadsheet.
